White wines
Chasselas

Chasselas unfiltered

Pinot noir

Specialities
Chardonnay
Is a specialty fine and fruity bouquet. It can be served as an before dinner drink it is not barrel fermented. It is best served with fish, white poultry, specialty meats or mild cheeses.
Gewürztraminer (Savagninpink)
It is a fine wine, with aromas of roses with red. It is slightly spicy. Depending on the degree of maturity, it goes wonderfully with foie gras, exotic dishes, blue cheese or ripe cheeses.
Perdrix blanche
It is a very popular specialty that is derived exclusively from Pinot Noir. A light pressing yields a mash almost white. It is then developed as a Chasselas. It then gives a full-bodied, dry and very close to the Pinot Noir in its structure but without tannin.
Pinot gris
It is a specialty rich, delicate and fruity bouquet.
