The wine cellar of the family Jaquet

It is, for three generations, a family farm. The winery is located in the village center, near the fountain. This is where their wines are aged and bottled. Marketing is done through direct sales to individuals and through the presence of their wines on a few good restaurants in the township.

The field has an area of 3.5 hectares and the vines are only located on the territory of the Municipality of Cortaillod.

The winery is open on Friday from 17h, Saturday from 9h to 13h. During the week, it is advisable to make an appointment. It can accommodate groups of 12 persons.

The Jaquet offers different wines: Chasselas, Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir aged in oak barrels, the Hawk-Partridge, Partridge white and Pinot gris.
