The wine cellar of the Félix family

La Cave du Cep was founded in 1990. It is a family farm where father and son and their wives participate in the production and distribution of their wines.  Located west of the village towards Yverdon. The building is easily recognizable with its two plane trees planted along the road.

La Cave du Cep operates an area of 4.5 hectares, of which one third is the Chasselas third of Pinot Noir and one third of specialties.

Oriented to the south, the vines are grown in high and mid-bass Guyot. The terraced vineyards are mainly located on the slopes of Cortaillod overlooking Lake Neuchâtel and the territory of the Municipality of Auvernier which produces the Chasselas and Chardonnay. The operation has graduated from integrated production (IP) must certify that the winemaker uses products that protect the environment and this since 1993.

The cellar can accommodate groups of 50-60 people. It is open Saturday mornings from 10am to 12pm and by appointment.

La Cave du Cep offers the following wines: Chasselas and unfiltered Pinot noir, Pinot gris, Chardonnay, White Partridge and Oei-de-Perdrix.
