The wine cellar of the Porret family

The family estate Porret was founded in 1858. Currently, the fourth and fifth generations, Pierre-Andre and Jean-Christophe, grow grapes and wines according to elevate the combining tradition with new techniques.

The Cedars Area has an area of 6.5 hectares. It has been cultivated since 1994 in Integrated Production (IP-IP-Vinatura). The vines are planted in culture Guyot low and mid-high.

The vines are from the nursery area. A crop rotation (sunflower poisette, oats, etc.) based and enriches Parchets reconstituted.

The wines are elaborated mostly in oak barrels.

The reception is in the basement on Saturday mornings or by appointment.

The cellaring A. Porret & Son offers the Appellation d'origine contrôlée following: Chasselas, Chasselas unfiltered Pinot Noir, the partridge-eye, Pinot gris, sparkling and the old Mark and the Lie.
