For many years, wine lovers and wine makers wanted to create a vintage tasting of Cortaillod regional wines a fine slice of terroir for the grappes. In 1993, Roland Felix, including the creation of a vault pincers, together with Jean-Pierre Wiedmer started the project. The two of them organized with the interest of “focus on the local wine”, the intent was not just for the wine professionals, and the first committee was formed.
